Christmas Classics

Good Morning All. I thought I would share with you a card by Susan Brummer. A fantastic job she did with this card. It is a set that we haven't used before and one that I haven't shared, but I like.

Set: Christmas Classics and Grateful Greetings
Cardstock: Melon Mambo, Basic Black, and Razzleberry Lemon-
ade Designer Series Paper
Ink: Versamark Pad
Accessories: Gold Embossing Powder, Heat gun, Regal Rose 5/8" Grosgrain Ribbon, and Square Fire Brads

It has come to my attention that my post on Nov. 12, was cut off and the part about "send me an e-mail to let me know you checked out my blog" was not listed. I am not sure why as I know that I typed it. However, it is possible that I could have saved the post and then edited it and sent out the original one --- don't remember that, but I guess anything is possible. Either way, I apologize!

So with that said, let's give it another try. Send me a comment on e-mail to let me know that you are reading my blog for some blog candy. Yummy! The winner will receive something from me from the New Mini Occasions Catalog when it comes out. Trust me, you don't want to miss this opportunity as the products are fabulous. I should be able to give you a sneak peek on December 12, at our next class! I will draw the name on Saturday morning and there will be no post tomorrow (but I will have one on Saturday morning) since I will be busy preparing for the fundraiser event tomorrow. Enjoy!

quite sure it is from that)

Valentine Treat Holder

Good Morning All. I was B-A-D...I forgot to post our winner yesterday! I guess now you know how busy my day was! See winner details below.

Our featured project this morning is a Valentine gift holder. We are actually going to be making this project (however it will be a Christmas theme) at our next class on December 12. You can put in snack size candy (I grabbed whatever I could find this morning), a gift card, jewelry, and the possibilities are just endless. Also, I just love how you can use this for any holiday depending on how you dress it up. Enjoy!

Question of the day...how many of you would be interested in a Mommy and me class for Valentine's Day? We would be making Valentine's for them to give away. Cute little cards/projects like this. Please let me know so that I can start preparing now. It would be held in January. Thanks.

Our winner of blog candy (will be receiving something from me from the new Mini Occasions Catalog) is ... Sandy Dayhoff. Check back in with me tomorrow to see more new ideas!

Patterned Pines Card Kits

Good Morning All. I am just loving this Patterned Pines set. Although if I stamp this card again (which I am planning on doing for some SWAPS), I think I will stamp the trees a little higher so that there is not so much white space in between. Also, I am going to play around and see how it will look if I put the white piece through an embossing folder after I stamp it. I think it will add a little pizzazz to it too. I have these kits available...if interested, let me know how many you would like. Enjoy!

Sets: Patterned Pines and Teeny Tiny Wishes
Cardstock: Bermuda Bay and Whisper White
Ink: Bermuda Bay
Accessories: Modern Label Punch, Word Window Punch, Vintage
Brads, and Bermuda Bay Polka Dotted Grosgrain Ribbon
