Cute and Curly

Today’s BINGO pull is “I” Yo Yo Yellow Duck. Today is our final Sale-a-bration BINGO day…hope you have won something.

The featured card for today is designed by me (Emily). The card cut-out was done with the Movers and Shapers Curly Label XL Die. I chose Bashful Blue and Barely Banana as my colors. The ribbon I used was So Safron ½” Striped Grosgrain Ribbon. I used the Trio Flower Punch for the flower and placed a Soft Subtle brad in the middle of it.

Upsy Daisy!

The featured card for today uses the Upsy Daisy set. The colors used are Pacific Point and Pretty in Pink. The ribbon at the top left is Pacific Point 5/8” Striped Grosgrain Ribbon. Enjoy!

Here is another one of my Mom’s favorite sets… Inspired by Nature. This card (created by Carol Slack) uses the Top Note Die for a frame and the inside of the flower is created with the Tombrow Glue and Stampin’ Glitter. The punch at the bottom left is from the Curly Label Punch. The colors used on the card are Basic Gray and Bashful Blue.

Go Lemon and Lime!

Today’s BINGO pull is "O" Chocolate Chip Sea Shell. We have had several winners lately, but some have not notified me to claim their prize. Check your cards!!

Our featured card for today uses the Tart and Tangy set; same set used on the Popsicle card shown in my previous blog post. This card is very cute and easy to make. The cut lemon and lime enhance the card. The colors used were Green Galore, Basic Black, Yo Yellow, and Whisper White. Hope you enjoy your day.

Embrace Life

Today’s BINGO pull is “G” Glorious Green Fish.
Some people have all the luck…a two time winner…Barbara W. She will receive a pack of the Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Our featured card today uses the Embrace Life set. I thought that I would feature this set since it seems to be so popular. This card does use retired Soft Sky cardstock and Blue Bayou double stitched ribbon; along with, retired Designer Series Paper. I would recommend creating it with current Baja Breeze and using the Parisian Breeze Speciality Designer Series paper. The flowers are colored in with a blender pen which was dipped in the Soft Sky pad. The sparkles are created with the Stampin’ Glitter and applied with Tombow Multi Purpose Adhesive or a 2 Way Glue Pen. Enjoy!

Flight of the Butterfly

Today's Sale-a-bration BINGO pull is "I" Chocolate Chip Paw Print. Don't forget to yell loud if you have BINGO. The featured card for today uses the Flight of the Butterfly set...my favorite set right now. I have seen so much done with this set...definitely versatile. I used the Pretty in Pink folded card and Riding Hood Red with Kiwi Kiss and Whisper White cardstock. The designer paper is Bella Rose (another one of my favorite at the moment). The Kiwi Kiss has rounded corners and the ticket corner punch was used on the white piece. A Rhinestone Brad was used on the circle that was folded and tucked around the Kiwi Kiss piece. This set uses the Two Step Stampin' Technique.

Mornin', what a beautiful morning it is here in south central PA. Today's Sale-a-bration BINGO pull is "N" - Real Red Christmas Light Bulb. Do we have some more winners? I sure do hope so...this has been FUN! I wanted to give you the inside view of the Popsicle card so here it is...
We just think this is the cutest card. Hope you enjoy it! Check back tomorrow as I will have a new card to post.

More Winners

Thoughts and Prayers

Today’s BINGO pull is “B” Glorious Green Flower with the message “For You” on it.

Our featured card for today is a Sage Shadow folded card with a piece of Almost Amethyst cardstock cut slightly smaller than the Sage Shadow. The white piece has the Eyelet Border Punch used at the bottom. The image is stamped in Sage Shadow and then you can place some glue (Tombrow Mono Multi Liquid Glue) on the flowers and scatter Dazzling Diamonds on it. Shake off the excess and add your verse to complete it. How easy is that?

Popsicle Card

The BINGO pull for the day is “I” Yo Yo Yellow Sunshine.

Our featured Popsicle card gives credit to Jenn VanWart who gave this to me with my Secret Santa items last Christmas. My kids just love it and are planning on using it for our upcoming summer cabin invitations. The card uses Only Orange folded cardstock. Stamp the image (from Tart and Tangy) on white cardstock and then punch out with the circle punch and place it on the cardstock. Use the Scallop Punch to get the “bite out of” effect and round your corners. Add your stick inside to complete it. Also, inside you will place a white piece of cardstock to cover up the stick and to stamp your message upon. Enjoy!

Easy But Elegant

The BINGO pull for today is “G “ Temping Turquoise Heart.

Our featured card for today has been posted before. However, this time it is being posted as a Card Kit. The Card Kit includes a Elegant Eggplant folded card, the Top Note Die, and Old Olive Grosgrain Ribbon. This card goes great with the Thoughts and Prayers set which many of you have. Stamp your image, add a verse, place your ribbon on, then your Top Note Die on and you are finished! I have several of these left for $1 each. If you are long distance, it will be $1.75 each which covers postage. We can give you a cheaper rate if you are purchasing in bulk.

Noble Deer

Our BINGO pull for the day is "N" Real Red Peppermint in Wrapper.

Today's featured card uses a retired set called Noble Deer. Some of you may have this set...some of you may not. However, the technique itself is worth giving it a try with any set. You will need two different colors; one solid of your choice for the actual card (folded piece) and white that is cut slightly smaller than your colored piece. Basically, you want to first mark your white cardstock (for the front) with a pencil and ruler (wherever you want to cut) and then mask your cardstock (I use post-it notes since they are sticky) so that when you stamp the images the ink doesn't get onto the other part of the white cardstock. After you stamp your images, you will cut on the lines you have marked. Then you will put it together just like a puzzle, but leave some space in between to that you have a colored border with the actual card itself (in this case it was Handsome Hunter). On this card, I stamped the images in Basic Black and then used a sponge to give it some color in Creamy Caramel.

Upsy Daisy

With 13 more days left to the month and me being gone 7 of those days, you can expect some double posts and delays. I apologize. Fortunately, I have Emily who can update you...she will probably be better at making sure you get your daily posts than me! We have a WINNER!

The featured card for today uses the Upsy Daisy and the verse comes from a retired set called Brighter Tomorrow. I stamped the daisy images in Pale Plum and Perfect Plum and then used the daisy stamp again and stamped the image overtop the Pale Plum and Perfect Plum with the versamark pad. I then applied the Clear Embossing Powder and shook off the excess and set it with the heat gun. Top left hand corner has the Basic Gray Taffeta Ribbon with a piece of the Hodge Podge Hardware. Enjoy!

Botanical Blooms

Once again, I fell a little behind in my BINGO posts. This should catch us up! The BINGO pull for Sunday, March 15, is O - Real Red Camera. Today's BINGO pull is B - Lavendar Lace Gumdrops.

Our featured Card Kit for today is made using the Pretty Petals background stamp and the Botanical Blooms Sale-a-bration set. It is packaged as follows: Kiwi Kiss folded card, Basic Black cardstock piece, Watercolor Paper, 2 Oval Punches out of Kiwi Kiss and Watercolor paper, and Black Gingham Ribbon. You can use any background stamp on the Kiwi Kiss part and stamp your outlined images onto the Watercolor Paper. Apply some color by dipping your Aqua Painter on the ink pad and coloring in the selected images. I have many of these Card Kits available. They are $1 each or $1.75 for those who are long distance. Simply Said

Today's BINGO pull is N - Yo Yo Yellow Solid Star. Beware there are two different stars under "N". Make sure you dot the right one. I can't hear anyone yelling "BINGO" yet! The featured card for today is from Simply Said. This card uses a technique called emboss resist. On the middle part where the multi colors are (on glossy cardstock), I stamped the image in versamark and then went over 1/3 of it by dipping my dauber in the Regal Rose and dabbing it with the dauber to give it color. The same was done for the other 2/3's of the glossy cardstock using the Lavender Lace and Green Galore. How easy is that! I am hoping to do this at a future class.

Delicate Dots Designer Series Paper

Good Morning, we have another winner!! Genny R. will be receiving a roll of Taffeta Ribbon. Also, Davona P. will be receiving the Filigree Brads since she held the featured Sale-a-bration BINGO card that was posted on this site on Feb. 28. Congratulations to both of them! Today our Sale-a-bration BINGO pull is N - Glorious Green Christmas Tree. Our Card Kit for today features the Delicate Dots Designer Series Paper and the Polka Dot Punches set. The Card Kit comes with Barely Banana folded card, a piece of the Delicate Dots DSP, a Bashful Blue cardstock piece, a Whisper White card stock piece, Certainly Celery Photo Corner Punches, Whisper White Cardstock scraps (for punching), 2 brads, and a button. Today's Card Kit posted is an idea that I got from another fellow demonstrator, Debi Calandrelle, in a SWAP. The kit includes a So Safron folded card, Bashful Blue cardstock, small So Safron square, small Whisper White Square, So Safron ribbon, a piece of the Delicate Dots Designer Series Paper, and 3 scrap pieces to use for punch outs. You will need to stamp and punch out flowers and then apply the verse for a complete card. $1 for each Card Kit or $1.75 for those of you who are long distance. I have several of these available.

Petal Pizzazz II

Today's Bingo pull is B - Yo Yellow Beehive. We have to be getting closer! Don't forget to contact me if you think you are a winner.

First of all, let me make a correction from a previous post. On Sunday, March 8, I posted that the Card Kit featured was made with Petal Pizzazz and the Congrats set. It was actually the Botanical Blooms set which is another FREE set that can be earned during Sale-a-bration. Our Card Kit for today is another Petal Pizzazz. It also uses the Congrats set. The Card Kit includes Pretty in Pink folded card, Whisper White cardstock, Riding Hood Red Cardstock, a silver brad, and a Rhinestone brad. Apply any flower set along with a verse and this makes an excellent card. I have a couple of them left and they are $1 or $1.75 (including postage) for those of you who are long distance. Playing Catch-up!

Today I am playing catch-up. This beautiful weather finds me cleaning out and busier than ever! It is time to catch-up on our Sale-a-bration BINGO -- Friday's pull was O - Glorious Green Watermelon and Saturday's pull was G - Chocolate Chip Puppies (Dogs) - Three of them to be exact. Today's pull is... O - Pumpkin Pie Dog Bone (I guess that goes with the dogs). I will try to do better in keeping up with the posts; thanks for being patient!

As promised the other day, I have included one of my card kits and will be posting more in the upcoming days. This particular one uses the Petal Pizzazz set from the Spring/Summer Idea Book and Catalog and the Congrats set from the Sale-a-bration mini catalog. Polka Dot Punches Flap Card

Okay everyone. Today's Bingo is O - Sunglasses. I think we are getting closer to a winner!

This beautiful card made by Cindy Fodor was received in a Sale-a-bration SWAP that I participated in. The unique feature is the So Safron front with the Birthday Wishes on it is a smaller card and the front of it tucks in under the heart. The set uses the Polka Dot Punches set and the Delicate Dots Designer Series Paper along with the So Safron ribbon from the Ribbon Bundle.

Pocket Silhouettes

Today's Bingo calling card is N - Snowflake. We sure have plenty of those at our house right now.

Although this card is not my original work of art I love the colors used in it. They are colors you would not normally think of putting together. The set used to make it is called Pocket Silhouettes and it also makes good use of our Stampin' Up! Punches!

Stampin' Up! - It's Easy

I bet you have heard that saying before except it had Staples in front of it instead of Stampin' Up! Well Stampin' Up! can be just as easy as Staples. Check out this card. I made this at my February Demonstrator meeting as part of a shoebox swap. It uses only two stamps and doesn't require much cutting. All you have to do to get that cool shape to fill in all that space is to use the Top Note Die. It certainly doesn't take much time to make and yet it is very pretty. Just another way in which the Big Shot and Stampin' Up! together makes an easy card. By the way the branch in this card comes from a popular set called Thoughts and Prayers and the verse is from sincere salutations.

Quilted Big Shot

Check out this Sample. It is a great way to use your scrap designer paper up. I wish I could give credit where credit is due, but I can't find a name on it. I was able to make this at my quarterly meeting as another demonstrator had made it for our shoebox SWAP. We will be making this at an upcoming Big Shot Class. Hope you can join me!
